Smokey Fried Chicken started as a single counter on 18th Street, Anna Nagar with a family recipe for smokey-spiced batter and a stubborn refusal to use warmers.

Four locations later, we still hand-bread every piece to order and toss every wing the second it leaves the fryer. Nothing sits. Nothing waits.
